Yous cannot actually change a user profile to another Microsoft Account . ..
Yous will need to backup all your files to another drive, maybe a USB drive, then create a new user profile and copy your files into that account
Delight Note, before you remove the other user profile, any services, apps subscriptions linked to that account will no longer work or be attainable on that PC . . .
Open the Settings App
Go to Accounts - Family unit and other People
Click 'Add someone else to this PC'
Follow the prompts to create a new account
Close the settings app
Log out of that user account
Log into your new business relationship
Click the Start Button, type netplwiz and hit Enter
In the resulting dialog, select the old account and click 'Remove'
That'southward It, your new Admin Account will replace the old business relationship

The reason I desire to change my business relationship is because my sometime account was hacked, and yous're telling me that I basically have to gyre my reckoner back to manufacturing plant in order to go the hacked business relationship off of my computer?

If your Microsoft Account was hacked, accept you lot changed the password on that Microsoft Business relationship?

Information technology was the account itself. I have changed the password, merely information technology is even so receiving literally thousands of spam emails every day making information technology functionally unusable. Besides, I do non experience comfortable leaving an account that's been hacked attached to my PC.

That's actually not user friendly. I accept four computers that will at present have to exist rolled completely back to factory settings considering yous force users to link their accounts to their PC'south in order to use windows x and reject to allow them to change the email address linked on their accounts only so you tin accuse them over again for apps and subscriptions. Don't tell me the software can't have that capability because other software and apps I have allowed me to modify the email accost associated with my account. Only Microsoft won't permit information technology, even though it's to another Microsoft email. This is really poor customer care.
